Hey :)
Just wondering what brand products everyone uses and sell in the salon, plus what you think is best :)

Were just opening a salon and was thinking of going with the macedamia range? I'm wella trained but also like bed head too!! Do you all mix and match or stick to one brand?

The salon I'm in at the mo use fudge and Moroccan oil... I'm trained with Wella and have always used Paul Mitchell but I'm looking to opening my own place soon but not sure what styling products to stock.

I really like bed head for styling/finishing...prefer wella colours probably cos that's all I know! We used to use Paul Mitchell where I worked before and I do like it. Recently had macadamia colour on my hair and it felt gorgeous afterwards but I don't think there range is as big as wella. I'm very undecided!! xx

I like to recommend the same as our manufacturer as it links in nicely to colours etc plus goldwell do an amazing 'affordable' retail line, the we have a luxury treatment line and Nixon as our specialist stuff.

We use wella colour and stock a little bit of wella and nioxin but our main brand for retail is label.m and its amaaaaaaaaaazing! Great training and courses etc with it too.

Fudge color line Headpaint, there semi range and also we have there retail, Fudge sells itself and is just a great product .

I love matrix biolage or total results range xx

I use Matrix colours and have Redken shampoos / conditioners and styling products - just moved over to Redken and I love the products.

I used to stock Bed Head but found it being stocked OTC in high st shops, eBay and Amazon and clients can buy it cheaper than I could so made no money on retail :-(
