Hard wax or cream wax for the face?

Hi all,
I was originally trained to use cream wax, but am really preferring to use hard wax on all facial waxing? Less redness, easier to shape eyebrows, for me, what do you all think?

I only use non-strip on the face. As you said, it's gentler on the skin and doesn't leave red marks and more importantly the clients prefer it!
