Has anyone mixed Magimix with a different make

I have change my colours to x100p and would like to know if anybody has used Magimix with xp100 reds.I love the colours but finding there reds a bit dull.Do you think I could get away with mixing x100p 6.66 with Magimix .66 please excuse the spelling X x
