HD Brows Consultation

Hello all!
I was wondering if any one could advise what type of questions you ask your customers in their HD Brows consultation (shape, colour etc..)
I feel stupid every time I ask my customers questions as they always just shrug their shoulders and say "I don't know, your the expert!"
I like to have my customers input rather than telling them to lay back and let me do my own thing! X

Indecisive people make me want to face palm myself.

You have to break it down for them.
I write a list on those 3 lines on the front of the consultation card.
Thickness (do they want them thinner, thicker)
Shape (soft or angled)
Colour (darker, lighter)
Overall look (natural or glam)

I also give them the book to flick through while I'm setting up, so that they can get an idea of what they like.

You need to talk them through it as well as a lot of people's expectations are unrealistic with HD brows.

If they're still giving me the 'ohhhh I don't know' I just do what I want and tell them to p*** off when they say at the end they don't like them. 😊
