Heated rollers given me problems

After a little advice i bought heated rollers from salon services and they give a great look for all of an hour and then just falls out even when there lots of hairspray on? Any suggestions why the curls are just fallen out no matter whos hair there in? x

How long do you leave them to heat for? And also how long do you leave them to set for?xx
