Heated treatments with gel polish?

Hi I am a newly qualified nail tech and I use the gel bottle I want to offer treatments such as heated mitts and parafin with my gel sets

How would i do this? Would u do this after the gel/ gel extensions or before I was worried with so much moisture on the nail plate? Or making them lift after is there a way round this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The paraffin wax should always come afterwards.

I've recently done a mani/pedi course and I was taught to do gel polish first, but that parafin/heated mitts or booties are a no no as the heat will cause newly applied gel to lift. I was taught that it's gel polish or heated treatments, can't do both.

I do mask & heated mitts/booties after gels & have never had a problem with lifting xx
