Help - are these water blisters?

Hi all, trying to figure out what these are. They are on palms of hairdressers hands, not sure if they are water blisters or veruccas. Maybe theyre nothing. Cant squeeze them (she tried!). Im happy to answer questions about them if you think you think you can help! :)

Could be Pompholyx, a type of eczema. Best not to guess though, Nurse Practitioner or GP would advise. :)
 
If they are a bit itchy and spread, it could be hand foot & mouth disease (not as horrible as it sounds, its a virus, basically)
 
Could be dermatitis. I think there's endless things small blisters could be so a visit to the doctors should sort her out :) xx
 
Looks like what I sometimes get on my feet. Think it's a type of eczema that appears on hands and feet. Can't think of the name. Best to get it checked by a doctor. He just gave me E45 for mine as it's not that bad. Seems to clear it when I remember to use it! xx
