I'm using bleach peroxide tomorrow for highlights once I have washed the bleach off. The clients highlights always go yellow/orange coloured, do I have to tone them to a lighter blonde? if so do I put the toner all over the hair or just on the highlights and if so, how do I do that?

If you use a good quality bleach it shouldn't go funny colour
