hi well the problem is ive got chicken pox and after reading up about it they say it could take months for the little red blemishes to go. someone has told me to use palmers cocoa butter to help fade them quicker but after looking there is different kinds which one should i use

Maybe either one of these...

javascript:__doPostBack('dlProductLines$_ctl3$lnkProductLine','')
javascript:__doPostBack('dlProductLines$_ctl6$lnkProductLine','')

You might want to try rose hip oil actually, it is very good for scar tissue, dry skin and aging skin.
