Help with repairing nail cracked down the middle??

Lookin for a bit of advice here, a girl i know gets her nails done by a different nail tech and she is away on hols, she asked if i could fix a nail for her it cracked right down the middle...if it was my own work i could just replace it, any ideas on how i could do this, she wears gel nails and i think she has glitter tips that i wouldnt have, could i use fibreglass and resin to try fix it?? any help would be greatly appreciated

I would of thought you could, there are lots of geeks on here whom still use fibre glass geeg being one of them. I am wanting to learn fibreglass myself to do natural nail repairs.
