Help with wording letter

Wonder if anyone can help

Ive just spent ages finding hairdressers / bridal shops etc addresses on Yell as I want to put letters out to them informing them of my spray tanning and maybe doing a special deal for the staff (maybe depending on how many people they can refer to me?) Not sure...

Anyway, just looking for some help on the wording, just dont know where to start!
