Hi. Just starting a home based business for facials/waxing. I know each state has it's own regulations. So far I've obtained a business certificate from county clerk's office. Any other advice or precautions I can take? Thanks!

Don't forget about insurance. It insures your stock, lost wages and yourself against your clients and your clients against you. I don't think it's terribly expensive (I pay $43.00/month), but worth the peace of mind.
