How do I remove twinkle toes?

Hiya geeks
I had a set of twinkle toes done for my birthday about 6 weeks ago and loved them. I'm due to attend my Hollywood toes course 2morro and as pupils will be working on each other I need to remove them tonight. As I've never worked with gel before I was wondering how I would remove them.

i would tend to buff them off, some gels are a soak off but i still find it easier to buff. HTH
