If something has gone wrong with a product or the product hasn't worked be that a nail, skin, hair product I have always looked at how I am using it first to make sure that's correct and kind of carried out a process of elimination, before I have then wondered if it was a problem with the product.
My question is when do you get to the point that you give up on the product and call it a day?

What product is giving you grief ? In a nutshell if it's a good quality well known product and you have done all the correct procedures in applying it, then it's the client thats at fault :|If it's a low quality product and you have done the correct procedures, then it's the product thats more likely at fault.
