:cry:i really think this is very insulting !!
i am a fully qualifed beauty therapist nvq2 +3 with lots of additional advanced training !
ive got 5 years experience and worked in my salon 3 1/2 years !!
why should i be only be on £4.77 when i do all the junior jobs still and am very buzy everyday with clients??
even the receptionist gets more than me and all she does is answer a phone !!
im the most qualified therapist out of the whole salon and theres 5 of us !!
i live in the north west, is it just me or am i worth at least £5 !!
[oh and have asked for a pay rise apparantly im very very valuable but there not in the position to increase my wages, as always !! but i dont know what they'd do if i left to be honest !! ]
