How to copy a hairstyle like jlo

Hi, not sure if I'm on the right one.

Right, how do I explain?

Basically I want to copy a hair style, but not sure how to do it?
I want to copy the look from jlo's Love don't cost a thing, the one where it looks all boufont. Any ideas as to what hair piece I'd need to get?
My hair is allready 26 inches long.
