How to expand my business?

Ive had my mobile beauty business for coming up to 2yrs. Its going very well. Im fully booked most of the time. My issue is how to grown the business. Im really feeling the need to grown the business but i dont know which way to go.

I was thinking that too.

You have 2 options - open a salon or employ someone to do a mobile round,
Which could get messy, mileage costs, % of her car expenses, the worry if she doesn't turn up, you can't keep an eye on her customer service etc, could you guarantee she won't rebook them with herself in private and get a lovely little client base at your expense of hard work and advertising and leave you high and dry?

Or failing both options you could work 24 hrs a day lol
