You need to work on SEO - search engine optimization.
Do you have a blog on your website? You need to start writing blog articles and posting about 1-2 times a week. 1 time a week is fine or even just a few times a month. At the bottom of each blog post, mention your salon and where you are located. Google bots will pick up the locality like this, but you have to tell them. Hence typing your salon location at the end of every blog post.
If all you care about are extensions in your particular area and not worldwide, it is easier. But will still take some time.
This part what I told you above you can do for free. I work with an SEO guy who is a decent price, but that costs money.
