How to stamp multiple colours

Can you please tell or explain to me how you stamp multiple colours on one nail for a full picture?

It's very possible the finer detailing has been hand painted after stamping.

Once you've picked the image up onto the stamper, you can fill in the colours on the stamper head; that looks to me how the majority of this stamping work was done. X
