How would you achieve this colour?

Hi all,
I have a client wanting her hair like the photo below...

She has been having a full head of high and lowlights
Pre-lightener and 6/7 2:1
Personally I would do more lowlights especially on the top and only pull them partway through, however I just wondered if anyone would do this differently or how you would achieve this blend?

(I usually use wella products)
