I need help, I want to rent a room for beauty

hii, i need some help, i have been offered a room in a local hairdressers to use as a beauty room, but im not sure what il need in regardes to insurance etc with it bein just one room. i am a qualified beauty therapist and i have a few bits of equipment already, but what all will i need to get started?

You'll def need insurance i rent a room and have freelance insurance from salon gold!
What treatments yiu going to do?

im just gonna stick with mainly the level two stuff, i checked out salon gold there but unfortunitly they dont insure if you live in northern ireland will it just be public liability and stock & equipment cover il need?
do you have an accountant or how does the books work?
