IBD just gel topcoat

Hello geeks

I've been using ibd just gel for a couple of years now & not really had any issues at all, but I did my friends nails last night & she's messaged today saying the topcoat on one of her thumbs has started to peel?!

Has anybody else experienced this as I'm really confused!

Perhaps that nail wasn't placed totally right in the lamp?
