I am looking for ideas to get my new salon up and going. For our grand opening we did free haircuts and got a ton of response. But now, those who will return from that wont for 6-8 weeks. So, any successful ideas that others have done and it worked really well? Percentages off just don't seem to do the trick with getting clients in. Please help. Thanks!
