Hi All

Are there any therapists who are mobile that offer this? Is it worth doing?

Thanks
:)

my friend has a room in a gym who offers body wraps and they are quite popular. Not sure about mobile.

Universal contour wrap it brilliant. you can train with them.

Thanks, the academy I sometimes train with are doing on offer and I had been thinking about doing it for a while but wanted to judge if I would be able to do it mobile before I commited otherwise it's just not worth it!

Hi,

I do UCW and it's a really popular and brilliant treatment. But I have premises. Quite honestly I don't know how you'd do it mobile (but then I'm so disorganised I'm in awe of you who do anything mobile....)

The tank is extremely heavy - it has water underneath so you'd have to fill that at your destination but then it really needs to be on for a good hour to heat the clay solution through. You could probably use hot water in the bottom and hot water to mix up your clay to save time. Also, there's always a couple of inches of clay solution left so you'd have to throw this out each time so it wouldn't spill all over your car, which would be such a waste.

You'd need a couple of large crates for the dirty bandages (again very heavy once wet) and the suit and everything. It's a fair bit of washing to contemplate just doing it here and I'd hate the idea of having to get all that in the car and home to wash.

The ladies at Totally UK though are lovely and very knowledgeable - it might be worth giving them a call and asking if they have anyone doing it mobile you could talk to and/or any tips.........

Just thinking about it I guess you could put all the hot bandages into an insulated bag and take with you like that. Not sure how long they'd stay hot but that would definitely be the easiest/safest/cleanest option....

Thanks for the replies all, It sounds a bit of a mare doing this mobile I think that I may have to re-think that option lol! :D

Hi Nat-Nat, Not sure if this reply is too late for you but if you are still looking for a body wrap that is suitable for mobile therapists check out www.bioslimming.co.uk it is a fantastic new body wrap from Beverly Hills that targets cellulite, fat and stretch marks. It is ideal as a salon treatment or mobile as all you need for the treatment comes in a kit bag. It is really easy to use, requires no bandages to wash or roll and is relatively inexpensive to start up. The rewards however for both you and your clients are huge. Bioslimming consists of a body wrap which is carried out by a therapist and homecare products which the clients apply at home to enhance the professional treatment and maintain results.
The comment below was left on my facebook page by a client and this is indicitive of the response from clients.
""Hi Marion, just to let you know that as well as losing 15.5cm with bioslimming,I have also lost 6lbs overnight!!!Looking forward to using my homecare kit,you won't recognise me next time you see me!Thank you!!!!!!""
Hope this helps
Marion
