Indian head and back neck shoulder together?

I’ve had a request for these two treatments together, and for the life of me after my covid sleep and even after flicking through my manual, I cannot find out if they are compatible

But something in my head is ringing warning bells, I think on my IHM course we were told it was kind of overload?

Can anyone confirm please? Thank you

I do a back Neck & Shoulder with Scalp massage, usually 15 minutes Head with half hour or 45 minute back. I think the two full length treatments combined it would be overload as indian head can be quite powerful for some.
