Hi, im Hannah :)

I'm setting up on my own soon after gaining my qualification. I will use my brother's lounge as my treatment room. What kind of insurance do i need? I am not using any electrical equipment, just have my massage table in the lounge.
Any advice on insurance - type/companies etc would be so helpful!
Thank you

Public liability, treatment risk, product liablity

oh. . .we offer those :)

. . and as per the TV programmes "of course there are other reputable companies to choose from too"

Hi,
Check with your local council as some require you to purchase a licence to practice massage (it may come under the miscellanious provisions act, do a search on the councils website) they need to be satisfied you are running a reputable business.
Also search this site for posts re:Business at home there is plenty of advice there.
