ITEC form HEEEELLLLPP!!!

Can anyone help me that has done an ITEC course that has had to download the case study form from the ITEC website.

I have downloaded the sample one but cannot seem to get the crosses out of the box. My friend said I should just be able to click on them to remove them but it is not working.

I'm having such a rubbish day, nothing seems to be going right

HI

What is it you actually downloaded. can you e-mail it to me and i'll see
if you can save it in a way it can be edited. Some file are write protected
which means you need to save with different name in order to edit. If it is write protected you will not be able to edit the original copy.
