Hi I'm looking for advice on a job share. Thinking of taking on another nail tech to fill in days I can't manage, Thurs and Fri only. I would supply stock although I currently rent the desk, all stock is my own. I would take the cost to do each service with said stock and the tech would have to pay for their desk rental. Do you fellow geeks think this would be an attractive offer, of course I'm thinking they would have to build their own client base and not take mine. This would ensure the desk is always available for potential clients as I know Thurs and Fri are usually busy days.
