Hi,
I've just bought a tube of RC8 Orange crush but the wholesalers didn't have the developer you use with it. They said if I use a normal 3% it would be fine. Is this right??? I've never used this brand before and I can't find the specific developer anywhere to check its %. I just want it to refresh my own colour as its faded.
