Keratin trouble

I have been doing the keratin treatments and am finding a lot of my customers need a repeat treatment to get there hair frizz free. the treatment is called K1+. i haven't been able to find anything about it on line. if anyone has any advise that would be fantastic? i put the cream in damp hair then blow dry it and iron it. when the leave there hair look great but after they wash it there is only a slight improvement...

Not sure about that brand.
But I've had good results with Brasil Cacau keratin smoothing.
