Kupa KP 3000 cord...where to get it?

Im hoping you can assist me in locating a piece for my Kupa KP3000 I need a new cord that conects the hand piece to the machine as it has worn or something anyway it needs replacing, so i have been told. I live in Portugal and i wanted to know if any of you know where to get this in Europe. Been emailing kupa inc in august but no answer Or if you know where i can order a new cord and get it fitted here.

Have you tried the supplier where you purchased it from ??? if not I think NSI supply the machines, you could give them a call and see if they can point you in the right direction.
