Why not contact Kupa??
Most warranties give you some sort of guarantee of repair or replacement if your machine suffers any mechanical failure or breakdown (as long as you have used it correctly and with the normal care) and not tried to service it yourself. The usuual I expect, but I would check with Kupa themselves.
