Large fingered scissors

Hi there!!! Im a hairdresser and so is my nan, she has arthritis in her hands which has caused her fingers to swell can any of you recommend any large holed scissors??? Any help would be great!

Could you take out the finger ring inserts?? I have to 1 out of the my scissors.

Not sure if its any help but Joewell FX or FX pro may be some use or if you don't mind spending more look at Mitsuzani spring hoppers. They look odd as there's only one finger hole but are really nice once you're used to them
