Lash extension help

I have recently started doing lash extensions again and havnt done them for over a year I only did like 3 sets when I first started and gave up at it! This time i really want to do them and am enjoying doing it however Im still not 100% happy with my results as I keep seeing pictures of gorgeous full clean sets and I dont know what im doing or what im not doing for mine to look like that!! I have attached a picture I know I should of put more on the inner corners in this case (which i have started doing now) but can anyone give me some pointers I need some helpful criticism as im starting at a salon next week offering these and want to be able to give people what they expect!
