Lash lift and tint

Hello,

I was doing a lash lift and tint and HD Brow combo last night. I patch tested for all that I was using. The lady ended up with red eyes just on the outer bottom of both eyes, I’m wondering if maybe I placed the eye pad too close? But also only clicked that I forgot to put the nourishing lotion on after the tint, will this cause any harm to the lashes? She would be fine about popping back if that would be beneficial for the lashes!? Thanks in advance for any help. Brain not working properly just now at all ‍

Sounds like the eye pads but need her to monitor the situation and it gets worse to seek medical help. I wouldn’t worry too much about the nourishing lotion if it means she needs to come back
