Lash lift, both eyes lifted differently

Hey Fellow techs!
Did a lash lift recently and both eyes lifted totally different - did the same treatment and timings on both - any ideas where I went wrong ???

Could be many different things.

Placement of the shield/rod affects how "tight" the curls are. Maybe one was closer to the lash line than the other
One watery eye has diluted the solutions
There seems to be quite a few lashes crossing over eachother and bunching up in places. This happens when the lashes are not properly separated when you fix them to the shield/rod. If you have areas of lashes bunched together, there's properly some lashes that aren't actually touching the solution
