Level 2 Ladies Hairdressing

HI, I qualified last year Level 2 NVQ in Barbering and am curently now doing Level 3 Barbering, I am considering Ladies Level 2 Hairdressing when I have completed this course, but I donot want to do It at Halifax College where I am now. I currently attend 2 evenings a week.

As I am now aged 52 I understand there is some colleges that do a Fastrack hair course, does anyone know where these courses take place. I believe Huddersfield do one but its over £3000.

Advise would be great. I am working self employed from home, as I am also a fully qualified Beauty Therapist/Nail Tech, but now only offer Nail Treatments to allow for the Haircuts.

am not 100% sure hun but have u tried bfd college ? i know my course back int he day was 2 yrs full time , but am sure i have heard about people doing it in a yr now , so it might have all changed xx

Hello! I do Lv2 Hairdressing at Leeds City College, but it's actually in Keighley, its part time over 2 years, 1 evening a week, and a theory class every other week. It cost £520 but that's full price, some of the other students paid as little as £110 because they were in receipt of benefits and what have you.
