Hi. Has anyone taken their business premises out on a Licence base, instead of a Lease?

I know it's far less expensive and that both have their pros and cons but I'd like to hear from anyone who has a Licence on their property and if it's been a good idea. Would help me immensely! Thanks

I've not heard of a licence basis but I do have an "agreement" instead of a contract which is much better, less involved and equal for both parties involved - I've had a contract/lease in my first salon premises and it was a nightmare - all for the landlord, wouldn't do that again without it been looked over by a solicitor x

Nice to see you back little voyce.

Hope you're well

What is a license as oppose to a lease?

Vic x
