Licence - not sure if I need one?

I have been offered space in a convenience store for £70 PW (I buy all my own products) inc bills Strange location I know, but it's in a busy mall with loads of passing trade.

I've not said yes yet as I don't know whether I will need another licence to the one the shop owner already has?
