Lifting solutions?

Hi all

Can anyone give me a solution to avoid the L&P from lifting?
I push back cuticles and remove dead skin I then file the nail so the nail tip fits. I then buff over the nail plate to remove any shine then use a brush to remove any dust etc. I will apply the nail tip, blend and shape and then apply nail prep then primer...? Maybe it's my L&P technique..?

Any suggestions?

Have you any pictures of your work? Or pictures where it's lifted?
I don't know about other products' prep steps as I use CND Retention and I don't buff away the shine.
All that comes to mind is that you aren't actually removing the cuticle properly.
Have you tried cleansing the nail plate after dusting, I find if there is any nail dust left behind it can cause lifting.
