Hi, I use loreal majirel colours. I have a client with 8,3 golden hair which is her home colouring, the hair has 10% grey regrowth and wants her hair to look natural and wants to go a bit darker to a blonde which she choose a 7,0. I told her she can have that colour but would need to have a 7,1 in her hair to take out the yellow pigment in her hair which is from the gold. so an ash has a purple base to it. Can I put that all over her hair and just follow the regrowth application or put it on her hair for 20 mins then take it through on the last 15mins?
Is this right?
Thanks Peeps

The .1 in majirel is blue ash, so you wouldnt put that over a gold! the 7 base (even 7.0 base) has ash pigments, so I would do roots first with that, then apply to midlengths and ends for 15 mins.

ok thanks so what numbers of the ash's are purple, blue and greenish based as my college teacher has taught is wrong with ash tones.

.7 green
.1 blue ash
.2 pearl (violet ash)

thanks so much! X
