Light pale blonde?

Hi Hair pros,

Wondering if anyone can advise me.
I'm wanting to go a light pale blonde like the pictures attached of Kate Bosworth and Jen Lawrence and I'm terrified of coming out looking like the other picture of Christina. What can I do/ ask for, to get the desired look. I've attached a pic of my hair too, I'm already blonde but have highlights and want it all lighter and an all over for summer
