Looking for a Canadian indie UV gel and accessory supplier

Hello.

Im new here So this is my first post.
I have been doing nails for awhile now and have really started getting in to the idea of encapsulated nails as per gel and acrylic but can't find any Canadian retailers that supply affordable jewels, glitter mixes, UV gels (not gelish, ppi, cuccio) & as of late I'm really in to Swarovski crystal jewels for accent nails.

Any body in to this type of nail art and know where I should be looking other then etsy's inflated prices.

They turned out to be more expensive then a local provider.
They charged 1.40 for 1 general disposable nail file. Best price I've found is 40c
