Hi,
I need a waxing room in or close to Exeter, Devon - clean and tidy, well lit and ventilated with handwash in the room. This probably not be in a traditional beauty salon shop - but it's tricky to say without seeing it.
I will bring all my own equipment, stock and laundry. I don't need any storage space. Free parking would be a great too!
It's only one day a month to start - but I see no limits to expanding - therefore happy to pay a small premium on the rent initially.
