Looking for beauty room to rent in Kent

Hi,

I am looking for a beauty room to rent in Kent and would like to look at different areas i.e. Chislehurst, Bexley, Dartford, Gravesend, Rochester and surrounding areas.

I would like to offer a number of treatments so would like a decent size room.

Would be great to hear from anyone who may know of any rooms going or have one to offer!!

Hello Vickie,

I have three treatment rooms I rent for beauty in my salon based in Maidstone, Kent.

The rooms are in our converted basment, under the salon. The rooms are modern with spot lighting, central heating and wash basins. The rooms come unfurnished, and we would be looking for you to run your own business from the room, which would be seperate from the salon. The rooms will be available from 9-5 Tuesday-Saturday, they are only available of weekly rental with one months advance of the rent.

Rooms available are:
Room Two - 2 1/2 m x 2 1/2 m - £15 per day (weekly rental only)

Room One - 3 m x 3 m £20 per day (weekly rental only)
