i am looking for some help on various items regarding a friend who is renting a booth in arizona.. would love to talk one on one with other nail techs from arizona regarding some of the rules and regulations that seems to be more designed toward the hairstylists rather than the nail techs.
friend is renting booth, needs to know what she needs as far as licenses and so on. gal renting from says she is covered under her license and insurance...is that even legal?? im used to minnesota rules and regulations, dont find much on site for arizona about what is needed for nail techs here.
