Looking to rent a room SO45 area

Hi I am looking into renting a room either within a salon or suitable office space in the SO45 area. Covering Holbury, Hythe, Dibden, Blackfield, Marchwood, areas.
I am a qualified Nail and waxing technician with own insurance etc., It would be for 2 - 4 days per week depending on location.

If anyone has any ideas i would be grateful.
