Love my foil but gotta cover this grey- Help

I need help! I've been foiling my level 6 hair to a light blond for many years and still love the look but now I've got so much grey that I'm thinking of going to all over color with highlights. I'm worried about getting a clean, blended color because of all the variences. So scalp is level 6 with 25% grey for about 1.5 inches, then length is some of the same with level 9 blond and level 7 lowlights. Any freakin idea how to go about this??

Why not continue doing what u have been, but go in between your foils for a root touch up? That always works for me when I cover my grey clients. I usually go 1 or 2 levels darker on the roots then my hilite. Maybe try level 7 or 8 base.
