LVL - What do you do while the treatment is on?

I love doing LVL but I feel a bit... bad (i guess) when I have put the treatment on and am just sitting there waiting for 12 or 7 minutes.. do you offer any value add services or do anything else for your clients during this time to make the client feel like the treatment is a little more special experience at your place over elsewhere?

There’s lots of competition where I am and I am new so trying to really stand out by offering the best customer service and great results and want to excel by just making my clients feel special!

I haven’t introduced lvl yet, but I think I’d prob do a hand massage-cheap to do and away from the face not to disturb lashes. Is it actually LVL you use? I’m wondering what make to use x
