Make-up Client Cards

:green: Hi, does anyone know if there is a company that has a client record card solely for the application of make-up? So you can obvioulsly write down the products you are using, but also, how you apply and where to apply ie: eyeshadows, blushers, lipstick. Plus you may also give your client a copy for their records and they can practice techinques on make-up application.
Any advice would be great. lou x

If you can't find exactly what it is you're looking for, this could be the answer ... you then have the luxury of customising it specifically to your requirements.
